Alright so in chapter 134 of Undead Unluck it is revealed that Gina's ability is specifically one that ignores physics. So Mr Billy and Gina need that changed.
Gina
Right now Gina's P&A looks like this:
Law Negation of Change (All negators either negate their own rule or negate the rule of others[1]. Gina's negation negates the change in form of anything she touches allowing her to control anything she is in contact with),
I want to change it to this:
Law Negation of Change (All negators either negate their own rule or negate the rule of others[1]. Gina's negation ignores physics and prevents the variation in different things)
Mr. Billy
Billy's would also just have physics added and remove Telekinesis
Telekinesis & Matter Manipulation (Unchange negates the change in form of anything he touches allowing him to control anything he is in contact with[13])
Physics Manipulation (Unchange ignores physics and prevents the variation in different things)
