this isn't really lightning like the cloud to ground one, this doesn't naturally have a specific voltage like regular ones, this is different, i should change his durability to room level, same with his AP and i'll also give him class 10 lifting, class 1 isn't high enough for a person who held up a bus with no struggle

Ok dude, when ya make a thread specify what it is about in the title. For example Amazing Spider-Man speed diwngrade, people will just see downgrade and not know what ya mean.

I know this is a bit older, but i'm wondering why you think he should have Room level durability specifically? though i do agree that Electro's lighting doesn't seem or act natural.
