Move =/= Destroy, right?

I was wondering what is the difference between, example: destroy a mountain and move the mountain several meters; how different are one another's energy, and if the durability of someone who tanked an attack that can move that mountain should be considered Mountain level...

Well, when a said move, that can be a fist or an energy blast, isn't lift an object, is more like a vertical movement

For attack potency and durability both can be used, but the amount of energy matters.

When it comes to mountain it is hard to say, since it depends very much in the mass of the mountain.

If it comes to moving it one also needs to know with which speed. For example moving it with 0.0000001 km/h is not impressive.
