Maxwell and the guys from Word World are contenders. Their powers are hard to describe without sounding like a NLF, but they can basically rewrite anything to change anything about it, or summon virtually anything they wish.

Also. Wizards in Adventure Time are supposedly only bound by their imagination, and were said to be able to do pretty much whatever they wanted by a 2-A, nigh-omniscient being. Of course, wizards don't really understand the nature of the powers so they don't really get that kind of versatility sadly.
