Most underrated superpowers in fiction

Wanted to post this to know what you all think are the most underrated powers in fiction and how you would put them on screen to show how powerful they can really be.

For exenple I think healing others is heavily underrated, based on how it is portrayed it could be one of the most broken powers:
1) If it is the power to generate new tissue to cure another person, then it could also be used to generate so much of it to make an enemy explode.
2) If it is the power to stimulate the growth of new tissue, then it could also be used to age an enemy and make them old as there is only a limited amount of times cells can duplicate themselves.

Quite frankly if anime and manga has taught me anything is that any power can be thorughly busted if you get creative enough with it, lol. Reminds me of this meme:

From our own profiles, I can't remember the exact character, but there was this girl who could "dumb down" things, which doesn't really seem to mean anything at first, then the potential applications come up: making people stupider, causing abilities to become weaker or lose their properties, make complex things more simple, etc.

Another ability that came up when joking around in a thread was the ability to control sugar, which after some thought turned out to be quite powerful. For example, causing cavities (which are painful as all hell), diabetes which causes the loss of chemosensory senses like sight and smell, addiction, etc.

here ya go

Admittedly, her profile’s pretty outdated and doesn’t show her full capabilities (I’ve been planning to revise the entire verse for awhile now) but yeah, Molly can do some wild shit.

Agree any power can easily become busted as hell.

Have any of you heard about Misfits? In that serie they made a freak storm that gave people powers, one of those got the ability to manipulate milk and all those products like cheese and yogurt. Well he becames a psyco and starts killing people by manipulating the milk that exists inside their bodies to cause things like diabetes and heart attacks, but the most impressive was when an immortal guy went against him, he simply couldn't kill him so he clogged his brain making him a vegetable for life. Well you can doubt since he was defeated by a lactose intolerant.

Chi/Qi used to just be something simple as stats boost by concentrating energy in their bodies well there is Naruto using "Chi" from fire balls to causality and reality manipulation, and many other stuff.

Galactus was a character that manipulated energy except that energy is power cosmic that can be used for conceptual manipulation abstraction and any number of smurf s#*& anyone remembers.
