I honestly doubt from the bottom of my heart that they are the most powerful but at least it's a beginning:

Mozart and Salieri, both have behind the haxs and so that normal servants have and in their case they have showed to greatly affect someone of the level of living Ivan, plus if in the end is made a Heoric Spirit key for servants then they would be tier 1.

A quick google search seems to indicate Corellon Larethian is a DnD musician/god of music, and possibly the only one we have a page for.
Arceus is technically a singer
