Yup, you read the title. Nominate what characters you think are the top 3 strongest characters of each tier (except tier 0 for obvious reasons).

The layout is simple and the way its gonna work isn't too complicated. Below this are the tiers and the pre-emptied spots. You can link a character you think should be in that spot, however if two characters have to compete for a spot, it comes down to which one would hypothetically win a standard matchup. Take into consideration all of their Physical stats (Attack Potency, Durability, Speed, Range, Stamina, etc.), as well as their Power & Abilities!
You are allowed to choose your own characters, but it is encouraged that you also search for outside characters that you believe deserve a spot on the list!
