Based on what is currently on the profiles and on older feats from the time when the profiles were still updated, Angron has better overall combat feats and should take it.
Based on new feats and if the profiles were allowed to be updated, Angron takes it but even worse because he actively has insane regen and even better feats.
Either way imo, Angron takes it
