Also, wouldn't Doomguy have soul manip as he can harm the lost souls, which are litteraly souls?

The Soul Cube is something only the Marine from Doom 3 has; and Doomslayer already has Non-physical interaction via harming lost souls.

However, Marine could have Sealing added

Well, I moved it to the right spot as it looked more organized to be simply included on the list of abilities that Soul Cube has, but looks good now.
