Abilities:
Sound Manipulation (Can make people listen to his theme through a Pepsi can) Not enough context
Acrobatics (Performs slide-jumps and slides mid-air. Additionally, he could stay on and control his movement while on rolling barrels)
Enhanced Senses (Awareness)(Is constantly able to sense danger coming from behind, although this only applies when Pepsiman is on guard, since almost all of his boss fights starts with him being caught off-guard, with the exception of the Red Pizza truck boss. Additionally, he was still able to traverse his surroundings and avoid danger with a trash can over his head)
Minor Smoke Manipulation (By sprinting, skidding and sliding) Friction smoke
Transformation (Can change into Wire or Stelth Pepsiman in between cutscenes. The reason I didn't consider these being game mechanics is because the same doesn't happen with the Old Pepsiman skin, which only changes his appearance slightly and already starts with it during the convo cutscenes, whereas with the Stelth/Wire skins, Pepsiman doesn't immediatly start with and only changes into them after the interactions with the supplier/firefighter/pilot/police)
Inorganic Physiology (With the Wire Pepsiman skin, which appears to be a wireframe version of Pepsiman)
Invisibility (With the Stelth Pepsiman skin, which appears to be optical camouflage)
Vehicular Mastery (Rode a skateboard downhill while dodging vehicles and being able to jump over trams. Dodged obstacles and went through gradually thinner passageways at high speeds with the Hover Platform)
Resistance to Fire Manipulation (Can jump through the flames of burning cars unharmed) Just moving too fast to be affected
Flight (Technological) with the Hover Platform
Healing with Pepsi (Collecting 10 Pepsi cans heals Pepsiman)
Equipment:
Standard Equipment: Pepsi Cans (up to a max of 100)
Additions to Optional Equipment: Hover Platform
Barrels aren't on the list since he looks like he got on those on accident, rather than when Pepsiman gets the Skateboard or the Hover Platform.
Speed:
Pepsiman should get a higher rating for sprinting in his speed section, since it allows him to outrun motorcycles to the point where they don't appear on screen (Pepsiman is 60 mph from being able to outrun the Red Pizza truck, since motorcycles have an average speed of 60 to 70 mph on a highway, Pepsiman would be way sprinting faster than that)
Range for Sound Manipulation?:
Pepsiman should get Universal+ range via Sound Manipulation, due to the instance presented reaching the "real world" (which, logically, is above Pepsiman's world) See above
Stamina upgrade:
According to the covers of the game, Pepsiman is stated to be running all over the United States (apologies for bad quality, this is literally the only image i could find of the english cover)
"Humanity needs Pepsi-Cola!"
"Speed! Action! Humor! Just like in the world of commercials, Pepsiman runs, runs and runs all over the United States! Want to drink!?"
The stages in game are said to be San Francisco, New York City, Texas and the final stage, Pepsi City. Pepsiman runs to these locations apparently from day to night, and then some, while keeping in mind Pepsiman had to avoid several obstacles and ran through a desert without exhaustion. I think this could warrant him Superhuman stamina, given he doesn't seem exhausted at any point in the game.
According to calculations, taking into account he always goes 60 mph, it would have taken him 2 days to go from San Francisco to New York City, and 1 day and 3 hours to go from New York City to Texas, along with an unknown timeframe from Texas to Pepsi City. He would have to be running for at least 3 days and 3 hours.
