Thanks to my friend Dark Carioca, we can confirm the Spirit Tiger is at least tier 9-A
I wanna mention that All the Kodansha manga kaiju including Godzilla and the Godzilla Generations Mechas should have Speed of Light Attack speed with MASERS (Maser is a Laser that works with higher frequency photons in a visible light spectrum)
Machine G has two masers that were dodged by King Godzilla..... which means Godzilla who can attack as fast to caugth King Godzilla and pretty much the other kaiju scale to it.
Super Mechagodzilla 2.0 has maser cannons too and Moguera 2 scales as he has similar attack speed
