The Maternal Wraith because when I watched that video for the first time when I was 9 I had night terrors of it and couldn't sleep for a week, thus giving the Maternal Wraith Tier 0 Fear Manipulation & Dream Manipulation

But fr, I could see this going either way, they're insanely equal in stats and hacks. The Wraith seems to be a lot more "jittery" which might make her harder to hit and she actually has a LS value, but other than that I honestly kind of lead towards incon
