On my point of view, his planet level dura makes him unstoppable against 8-C attacks, but if we're just throwing off this here, then he loses, I'm gonna ask someone for more info about it.

well.... I still don't understand the 8-C durability to be honest (Unable to be destroyed directly by four Proton Pack streams crossing) (Which is at least 6-A going by the Proton Pack's profile).
