Molecule Man (Pre Retcon) vs Captain Adam

Given his higher power and reality warping abilities, Molecule Man takes this easily IMO
 
But they're both High 1-B. What makes Molecule Man so much stronger?

I don't know much about Captain Adam so just curious.

I'd say Captain Adam takes this. He is much more intelligent (nigh-omniscient), has better hax (quantic level matter manipulation better Regenerationn, etc), and overall seems more skilled. I am calling this for Captain Adam.
