First, Her "Iron will" ability should be removed as in that episode, Fluttershy was taught to be more assertive, and gaining assertiveness isn't really a power or ability.

"The Stare" seems like Fear Inducement which puts animals in a state of fear whenever she uses it and even scared a cockatrice into not turning her into stone. This doesn't just work on animals as it even worked on some changelings (Lyra and Bon Bon and the Mares from S.M.I.L.E. Page 55). Fluttershy did imply she was also gonna use it on the CMC if they misbehave later in that same episode with the cockatrice.

Discord should get a resistance to fear inducement since the stare simply didn't work on him.

Fluttershy should also get a Class M, likely Class G rating when at her peak since Twilight, RD, Rarity, and Aj struggled to get her to move when her hooves were planted to the ground. Rainbow Dash struggled to get her to move from holding onto the wall and latter got slammed by her. Her "when angry" should also be changed to "when at her peak" since her feats apply to different kinds of emotions.

I still stand by the feat of overpowering everyone at once one time being a huge outlier and thus not reliable used as evidence. Heck, earlier in the episode, she's terrified and gets forced towards the mountain anyways by the combined efforts of the Mane 6. Is she stronger or weaker than all of them combined when terrified?

Better to use the example of her overpowering Rainbow Dash in Dragon Quest. Other than that, I'm fine with everything else.
