i just want to know why is discord conceptual manipulation changed to self conceptual manipulation. second thing is why his conceptual manipulation only type 3

"in all chaos there is a cosmos" which would just entail that chaos in itself makes reality, or contain it in a way as we know that discord himself can warp the very fabric of reality and manipulate it.
