MK11 Discussion Thread Part 3: Noob Crusader

And also that trailer (with epic music ) was KOOL :),

P.s Nrs story mode is unique in terms of having weird power levels,but you close the eyes at this little problem, than story is awesome with many action cutsenes (more than previous game) and important events in story, Also plus of this story mode , that this is have more mystic type like old mk did, and less special force type like NRS mk era.
 
Yeah NRS makes pretty cool stories especially when they start exploring character relationships, but they really don't care about power levels since they aren't an anime series focused on fighting lol

It's ironic because MK is supposed to be about violence yet these characters still have time for family, friends and lovers despite their brutal fatalities (Takeda makes you eat ur own ribcage but in reality he's a cool person)
 
Alright so at start we have 25 roster then 30 or something according from Ed Boon interview, so yeah Sektor, Cyrax, and (maybe) Sheeva can be possible as playable character, but still finger crossed since we dunno if this 30 or something is after you beat story mode and unlocking the character or not, and there is DLC.
 
There are 9 slots for DLC based on the leaked roster pic that was revealed long ago, so we have three DLC packs with three characters

Sektor, Cyrax and Sheeva are likely the first ones
 
Full first 3 story chapters in hd is on you tube now. Also list of characters who will be upraded from 8b/8a to 7b: Sektor,Noob,Kotal,Kung Lao,Johnny Cage,Kitana,D'vorah, Also it seems that Shao Kahn is indeed weaker than Raiden and much weaker than Shinnok based on story when and serious Kotal is equal to Shao Kahn and human Liu kang (they done a good job with Kotal in this,and whe should just consider his lose to Kung Jin at mkx as PIS, becasue its not mkx jober Kotal, its mkx comic emperor Kotal , who manage to cut off Goro's arms http://i.imgur.com/tONPBBj.png ,burn Rain https://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11125/111256174/6080671-1881568497-mkx-c.png and krushing king's Gorback skull with bare hand https://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/12/121691/6134169-0116932832-20B.j.jpg )so Kotal is powerful and you should just forget jober Kotal.

Yes no more jober Kotal,he is in top league now.(just forget this nightmare when he loses to Kung Jin LOL) also revenants is seemingly weaker,so Cassie beating Liu is also not PIS but close to last chapter of story revenant Liu will get new buff and becoming stronger .
 
Honestly I see Kotal losing as PIS now, also can you tell me on my wall if there are any good feats? (Just don't tell me who does them)
 
Kronika said she made past and present colliding, but she does not refer which past [the original timeline or the current], and there are some inconsistencies like Erron being present at the time of the tournament and etc.

Even Kronika herself didn't know about if its oriignal or current timeline LOL,she said that its so many timelines that she lose count of it LOL
 
And they don't look like they did in 9 which tells me that these guys are from some other timeline (And allegedly there are more then 2)
 
I think that Kronika colide past of some diffrent timeline (not original mk,or mk9 timelines) with present of curretn mk9 timeline , and is would explain how is Shao Kahn so weak in story- he is just from another timeline i think.
 
Did Erron kill Hsu Hao or something? He's throwing his head around in his intro like Quan Chi and Moloch. I thought Scorpion was the one who did it in the comics.

Its True that Ed Boon wants Hsu Hao to be dead in each of countless mk timelines LOL.
 
So this Shao Khan is weaker than the other version of Shao? Make sense tbh, also nice that Kotal is like "b**** now i'm not a jobber anymore, praise my name!!" based from the comment above.
 
Ah ok (was curious since Kahn is weaker so I'm curious to see where he stacks)

Also is the scaling better this game or nah? I want to be ready for the shit storm lol

Yes this Shao is equal to Kotal or even little weaker

The scaling is still little weird in some situations like end of chapter 7( i won't spoil you because you will be shocked by this) but its WAY WAY better than mkx (by reading spoilers for first time i think that it could be even worse ,but after directly watching a few fight in story i changed my mind) And i dont know if its would be consider as spoiler or not but Baraka is Baraka.

Yes this trailer was awesome,and its even more awesome that they using tehno syndrome mk theme remix in this.
