Misogi Kumagawa Vs. Heaven DIO.

If it's a stomp (which it is, didn't even want to make this). Close, immediately.

In bloodlusted state .

Thats it.

Unfortunately I dont know enough about Dio to know his character traits from a noncanon game ive never played but I can do bloodlusted.

Anywho lets start over.

Book Maker equalizes them both on all fronts, you cant undo it unless Kumagawa allows it. This is the best case scenario for Kumagawa. In other words at best its a draw, and it always will be unless the character is nigh omnipotent at least.

All Fiction can in fact erase anything from existence. Read Nonexistence (http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Nonexistence)

I guess well go from here?

The best i see for kumagawa is a tie or inconclusive because of Book Maker's effects, but other than that i dont see kumagawa winning, but he definitely wouldnt lose, also considering the fact that every time he dies he appears in Ajimu's dream world (exists outside of reality/ dimension, unaffected by time, powers, etc)

How long does it take Misogi to use All Fiction to erase the time needed to use Book Maker?
Instantaneous, he just has to want it and it happens since he technically doesnt have to move or do anything to activate it.

Ya realize DIO is basically nigh omnipotent, at least in comparison.

He already showed the ability to completely no sell and not even put in any effort to resisting Gold Experience requiem's causality manipulation, willpower manipulation and power negation.

It's on you to prove he can effect DIO. Saying, it can is a MLF, shown a feat.

I'm aware of it is, so?

He can do it, considering Dio also has to think. Again though, zero is faster than infinite. Ajimu has all kinds of hax and literally every power in existence, but Book Maker stilll worked on her. Theres no reason it wouldnt work on Dio who is signigicantly powerless, by comparison to ajimu.

Hypersonic wihtout book maker, and its really more like light speed since he was able to keep up with medaka who is FTL without book maker or all fiction.

Massive stomp. Dio wipes that sucker with an infinite speedblitz and Erasure so potent he can wipe someone from infinite paralell worlds.

Provide more than that, Kumagawa is faster than speed itself, he has Pseudo-Teleportation via All Fiction so speed is not a battle Dio can win

Not only is that actually wrong, she has a few quadrillion powers, not every one, thats a straight up lie, but she wanted to be held.

And DIO has better feats than her so that's a moot statemebt at best.

And ignoring Dio's thought process is litteraly infinitly faster than his in comparison and no, zero time+movement=Infinite, nothing more.

Dio's timestop is instant (and can timestop Jotaro, who can also stop time). But why would he stop time? He doesnt need to.

Check the infinite speed page.

"Kumagawa is faster than speed itself, he has Pseudo-Teleportation via All Fiction so speed is not a battle Dio can win"

Wot

So teleportation > Speed itself?

Neat

This clearly scales to every verse with teleportation

Dio transends speed in a sense. He countered Golden Experience Requiem, something that can move in erased time. And Pseudo Teleportation is in no way going to match that.

Where does it say that Psuedo Teleportation is actually teleportation?

" An imitation of teleportation due to short runs at a very high rate (much higher than the normal speed of the character). It may also be carried out at the expense of temporary transformation into a lightning / light / energy / astral entity (in this case, the character is able to partially ignore encountered in his way obstacles). "

its literally just a short run thats extremely fast, not tping.

teleportation is not speed, teleportation will always be greater than speed, although both kumagawa and dio have this ability, im sure we can all agree that teleportation is greater than speed

He literally erases the time it would take for him to travel/ attack. There is no time whatsoever that he needs to attack, that is what he does just to clarify

It's greater than speed for moving somewhere. Not fighting, look at Goku, he can teleport, doesn't do shit about his actual combat or thinking speed though.
