I vote for the match being inconclusive because I think the battle would be close and I see good justifications by other people for either of the combatants winning. I don't have a meaningful reason to pick one combatant winning over the other, mostly because I don't know who Misato is and I'm only judging her based on the VS Battles Wiki profile.
