be specific.what version of grimmjow are you using the espada version or the thousand year blood war .if your using thousand year blood war version of him then its a bit early cause grimmjow hasnt shown his full potential yet.

oh then i would side with the one who lands the first attack.idk if mirajane is durable enough to take a fatal attack of grimmjow .if grimmow fires a gran rey or any other cero mirajane might die.but with speed equalisation its a whole new fight cause they both have the edge on speed.if mirajane is tied with the speed of grimmjow i would say it comes down to who has more expierience with speed .with sonido grimmjow might rip her heart out like what he did with askin and btw askin was durable enough to tank multiple lightning strikes from yoruichi and was burned to crisp by yushiro yet grimmjow pierced through his heart instantly.

Grimmjow has sonido(copying the speed of grimmjow dosent necessarily mean mirajane copies sonido).if grimmjow took this at a serious rate he would end her with a surprise sneak attack or a gran rey cero from afar.so i question if mirajane is durable enough to take on grimmjow cause if not it would end as a matter of speed and who attacks first (both of them are capble of a one hit kil TBH).
