Should probably specify which key for Goku. Either way, I think Goku may have a far higher AP advantage. Although, Miraak does have tons of haxes, plus I don't see equalization in speed (which might not change much anyway) so he's practically untouchable. I think.

I don't know how far into 2C Miraak is TBH , gotta check again .

Mind hax, if Miraak uses it then Goku just gets enthralled and can't really do anything about it.

So this battle comes down to who can hit first, Goku usually either starts with punch or ki blast, he should start with ki blast since they start 4km away, the other guy starts with thu'um which is like a shout right? I think a shout is faster than ki blast what do you guys think?

Yeah , Thu'um should be exceptionally faster , Miraak can stop time with his Time Manipulation shout and then abuse his other Thu'um techniques during stopped time , like The Death Shout ( Insta death ) , Soul tear shout ( insta death and seal the opponent's soul in A Soul gem ) or Bend Will ( alreadu explained )

Yeah that would mean he wins this, goku's only chance would be to glare but he doesn't do that in character, so Miraak would win.
