Azurium based beams are capable of deconstructing matter into pure energy.

The edge of Uno's blade seems to be lined with Azurium and the slash caused a particle affect similar to the ones done by Azurium beams, leaving a glowing scar on it's target and left a bigger mark on the target than the edge of the blade itself

Uno would get deconstruction with his blade.

I just want to add on that Uno could cover the distance at a much quicker time compared to the gravity bullet so he should get Massively Hypersonic Travel speed with smoke form

Should probably be fine. But I'd like to point out that Uno doesn't have a "smoke form". He's just moving super fast and using smoke to camouflage his movement
