Me, making a DC revision in this economy? Well, not really, this is just a matter of editing tiers to match those of other characters.

I noticed that, in his 2-C key, Swamp Thing is scaled to someone that was compared to Trigon and The Spectre in power. However, Trigon is “At least 2-C, likely 2-A” and The Spectre is just 2-A.

Since Swamp Thing is scaled to them, he should either be “At least 2-C, likely 2-A” like Trigon or just 2-A like The Spectre.

I agree, especially cause of this part of his current 2-C justification:

“and holds control over the forces that make up Creation.”

But I put “At least 2-C, likely 2-A” for a more conservative idea.
