A large majority of Mario characters are capable of staying underwater indefinitely. This includes any protagonists from the 2D Mario games, any characters from Mario Maker + Mario Kart 7 and onwards, Wario, Diddy + Donkey + Dixie Kongs and Rosalina. This should grant them Underwater Breathing (Type 2). Note that there are cases where Mario + co are incapable of staying underwater for extended periods of time, though these occasions are generally outnumbered by the number of times that they are. Still, these characters should get a 'Possibly'.
Many characters can tank Kamek's transmutating magic, which turns blocks into enemies or mushrooms. Any playable character in Mario Maker (including Yoshi) and boss characters should get this, reason being is that instead of regular enemies who have the magic attacks simply pass through them, the magic attack disappears when it hits a boss enemy. This applies to Base Mario without equipment.
Any decently major character in Mario Galaxy 1 or 2 should get Self-Sustenance (Type 1) as well as Resistance to Extreme Cold and Radiation due to being exposed to the vacuum of space. Edit: Rainbow Road is in the middle of space, so this probably applies to all Mario Kart characters too. Characters live if they go out of bounds as well, which is falling into space.
Yoshi should get Homing Attack because his eggs home in on enemies in Super Mario 64 DS.
Kamek should get Forcefield Creation for trapping Yoshi in a forcefield in Yoshi Star Galaxy, as well as Intangibility since in Mario Galaxy, magikoopas can travel around as intangible energy as shown here.
Mario should get sleep manipulation resistance in base for somewhat resisting the effects of the Dreambeats, and paralysis manipulation resistance in base for resisting the paralysis effect of Bowyer's arrows.
Antasma should get Sealing for this.
Mario , Toad , Toadette , Luigi , Wario , Yoshi , Peach and Rosalina should all get Acrobatics for their acrobatic ability displayed in 2D Mario games, along with probably Bowser Jr and the Koopalings for the acrobatics they display in boss fights.
This one's more of a stretch, but should Dark Bowser get a 'Possibly all ablities of Base Bowser? He copied the entirety of Bowser's DNA after all.
