So interestingly enough, the 10-B is missing Transformation and limited Flight. It's meant to list her drug mule kry, I'm assuming (given that the drugs are listed as her standard equipment they're the only thing worth indexing), which when harmed, releases the drug into her system, turning her relatively instantaneously into 20% Lucy
