Minor Jurassic Park Dinosaur Revision

This will be simple.

The Ankyloranodon scales from the Jurassic Park Ankylosaurus, but currently it scales from the real world ones, so by correcting that it should be upgraded to 9-A.

Thoughts?

Huh, would you look at that, a hybrid dinosaur that isn't a psychopath or a sociopath. Anyways, easy fix. Should probably buff the Amargospinus as well for similar reasons.

The Amargospinus is already 9-A, but its 9-B rating should be removed, IMO...

I forgot to propose that the Amargospinus should get its 9-B rating removed, as it scales from the 9-A Spinosaurus.

Also, the Omega 09 and Alpha 06 (and anyone who scales from them) should scale from the JP T-Rex, not the real world one.
