In F/SF, Gilgamesh is seen gambling and states that he more or less always wins ar gambling and its as simple as moving money from one account to another, and its heavily implied to be in regards to his Collector skill.

Limited Probability Manipulation regarding wealth and money?
 
It's his skill, Golden Rule

Anyone with this skill is fated to be rich or basically fortune will always come to them. (ex: Siegfried and Edmond)
