i was thinking that the attack potency of the page should go on top of the powers and abilities. (The AP is on the Bottom of Powers and abilities unlike the usual way of putting it on the top)

and the list of known users should go on the bottom of powers and abilities. Honestly i'm not asking to adding anything new here.

i'm just asking that the way it's laid out should be fixed a bit.

does anyone agree with me here.

I am not sure how, the format seems correct to me. I checked both pages and don't see anything wrong with it.
