Death and God should be placed on the same tier (2-A), or at least, Death should have the same AP. This is due to Death being stated to be able to reap/kill God before.

DEAN:

As old as God. Maybe older. Neither of us can remember anymore. Life, death, chicken, egg. Regardless -- at the end, I'll reap him, too.
