Simple enough, Dead Boy has resistance to fire manipulation because of his magically-enchanted coat, and resistance to heat manipulation due to being... well, dead.
Enhanced Senses/Illusion Creation Nullification
Another straightforward thing. Dead Boy claims that the dead can see that the living cannot, allowing him to see through Mother Macabre's illusion and destroy it.
