Under weaknesses, I'd add that the Cocaine Bear actively prioritises cocaine over active threats and her victims and will stop whatever she's doing to make a beeline straight for it. This includes actual cocaine, as seen here, as well as things she perceives to be cocaine, including the red bags it comes in in the film, as shown here. I know it's already listed on the profile, but I don't think it's emphasised enough. "Easily distracted" doesn't really describe deeply enough, in my opinion.
