Tetsuos stamina should not be very high. In many, many, different moments in the manga his ability to use his power without turning into a pill crazed maniac or a giant flesh baby. This goes for the movie and manga versions of tetsuo. It should be changed to below average or low. He’s kind of like a glass cannon.

Edit: seems like its athletic although still incredibly lazy
