Ok, in all seriousness I'm not sure who wins. Does the human have any way around Mid-Regen? Evidence suggests that they won't be able to use their regen, at least not much.

Technoblade massively outskills Frisk... He can 3v1 people more skilled the Frisk with terrible gear and still win.

Technoblade also has many buffs and ways of healing if he gets hurt, though this might not matter thanks to Frisk's soul damage.

Frisk can bypass the mid Regen via soul damage.

Technoblade also has better range options with his tipped bows that inflict status effects like weakness, slowness, poison, death, etc.

He has shields to block energy attacks from Frisk, and also has ender pearls to dodge attacks or get in close to Frisk.

Yeah I'm probably voting Tech here with like... Low Difficultly lol.

All Frisk really has going for him is his soul damaging sword, which he is pretty much never going to hit Technoblade with thanks to the skill difference. He can try catching Tech off guard with the energy beams, but that's also unlikely. Technoblade just pearls, TNTs, range spams, or obliterates in combat.

While it is notable that Techno's arrows haven't inflected slowness before nor do they cause instant death I'm still saying Techno FRA.

Blood god FRA. Frisk just hits a still standing monster, can't hit sans who actually puts effort into dodging without breaking game at lvl 20. Techno just kinda spams his rocket launcher and destroys frisk unless he just slashes them to bits with strength pot and orphan obliterator. Also techno would be bloodlusted as frisk is an orphan in his eyes.

That’s canon Frisk, Glitchtale Frisk fought Betty and others who did move. Also Frisk lives with adoptive parents for what it’s worth.
