With speed equalized, Minato loses one of his biggest advantages, but he should still take this. Minato has more potent jutsu with the rasengan, better mobility with FTG, and since it's not restricted, Minato could also use Sage Mode if he really had to. The only thing that Orochimaru could have over Minato is maybe his ranged options. His teleporation would make it really hard for Orochimaru to keep a distance though, so his possible range advantage is taken away. Minato takes this.

With unequalized speed, it becomes a shitstomp. With equalized, Minato still takes it low-mid diff. As XanderAP stated, he's stronger, more mobile, and what really makes it easy, access to sage mode, which makes him more than 10x stronger. The only way I see Orochimaru winning is by outlasting via continously reviving himself with snake substitution, but that takes a lot of chakra, as shown by the fact that after several snake substitutions, literally fell out of his last body onto the ground, saying he's at his limit. At which point one more slash or rasengan will do the trick. And Minato does actually have very good stamina despite the fact that a lot of people think otherwise. He did a LOT on the night of Obito's attack and didn't die from stamina loss or being stabbed through the torso, but using the reaper death seal. Also if Orochimaru tries a large scale attack like a snake barrage or an elemental attack or something, Minato can use guiding thunder to send it right back at him and gg.
