I’m going to have to say Mile due to being WAY more experienced all around. Sure, Hank is a skilled DEA agent, held his own in Ozymandias Although he ultimately failed lol And won the gun fight against Tuco but Mike is on a whole different level. Mike is a professional hit man for the drug cartel, was a cop, used to be marine corps member, and has done almost all of his operations successfully.
I think at the very least Mike has 40+ years in fire arm experience while Hank definitely doesn’t have that much.
In a nutshell, Mike wins via superior experience, skill, intellect, and knowledge of fire arms compared to Hank. Plus I would make the argument that Mike is physically superior as well.
