That and the fact that Night Guy wasn't immortal at the time and hence wouldn't have been able to survive that wound makes this claim false. Further, if such damage had occurred before, Madara wouldn't have been surprised that Night Guy did so much damage.

... that's not just dirt covering Madara. You can clearly see the texture of the ground, the black outlines where Madara was injured, and that Madara completely lost his left arm. Also, Madara said if he was hit by 4 or 5 more Evening Elephants, he'd be in trouble.

• In the very same panel you linked to (these ones), you can see on the very next panel that Madara has a left hand as well. Did your acute powers of observation fail to notice that key little detail? In any case, it is easily surmised that Madara very much had his body parts intact, instead of Guy completely blowing them off. The missing details on Madara's physical self are floating debris, similar to the cloud surrounding him.
• It is very much possible for someone with Moon level Attack Potency to be capable of damaging someone with Small Planet level durability. Even assuming your first argument for the damage Madara took was accurate (which it isn't), there would be absolutely no need whatsoever for the upgrade.

Your argument for upgrading is both simplistic and fallacious.

• Furthermore, Madara stated (again, as seen in the panel link you posted) that after getting hit by said attacks 4 or 5 times more, he would be in trouble. Kindly note the words in bold:
  • The Attack Potency of a character is the equivalent damage that they can produce in one hit/technique. The very mention of "4 or 5 times more" makes the case of upgrading Attack Potency directly from that statement null-and-void.
  • Being in trouble <<< Being dead/destroyed, particularly for someone with an impressive Regenerationn skill. What suggests, even remotely may I add, that Madara being in trouble was equivalent to him being destroyed? You're stretching his words out of reasonable context, to suit your (flawed) premise.

My opinion: For being able to damage Six Paths Sage Madara, Evening Elephant should be listed as "Unknown, likely at least Moon level", instead of the present "Moon level" rating.

@Kkapoios: Point noted. But that was base Naruto (albeit powered up by Six Paths Sage chakra) with Lava Rasenshuriken. In any case, we have Naruto listed as Small Planet level only in Six Paths Sage Mode, because his Super Tailed-Beast Rasenshuriken was able to damage Kaguya.


@RavenSupreme: This thread is regarding the AP of Evening Elephant (which is at present listed as Moon level). Guy is Small Planet level with Night Guy.


@UncleSpacema (off-topic): You have made quite a few troublesome Naruto threads. Not to mention, in other threads (1, 2, 3, 5), and your opinions are quite...biased, to say the least.

It is perfectly fine to be a fan of a franchise, but a "fanboy" behaviour is not acceptable (for example: contradicting your own statement by trying to pass off an irrational argument as a valid content revision thread, in the hopes that it gets passed somehow).
