No because we know literally nothing about Prime Deku, other than that he should surpass All Might in his prime. This would be like giving Goku a 2-A key because at the end of Dragon Ball as a whole, he supposedly surpasses everyone.

Hahaha, we can't rate a character based on the notion they'll be superior to another character in the far future. When we reach future Deku, then we can rate him.
