I believe they both have an AP value of 375 J. Mickey has better LS, though not by too much. Joe is way smarter than Mickey and is more capable in battle, as Mickey quite literally got folded by Sidney and needed to bring out a gun to win. Joe is more skilled with weapons and stealthier, so he could probably just sneak up on Mickey and subdue him with a knife or chloroform rag, or deliver a fatal shot with a gun.
