Also even if it only copies attack moves, Amaterasu would be taken away and used by Mewtwo first and better if Sasuke ever tried to use it. Not to mention, reason why he didnt do it against Mew was because he wanted to outright fight Mew in an actual battle. It would be a stomp if Mewtwo did block his powers which wouldnt happen because of PIS. And they are done via psychic powers and Sasuke has absolutely no resistance to that kind of hax so NLF or not, it should still work.
Btw, if you claim anything is wank, take it up to a CTR.

I was referring to Chibaku Tensai. But Me first isn't spammable, Mewtwo copies Amaterasu then Sasuke uses that against him with Enton.

Yes. All pokemon profiles here are composite, at least the legendary ones anyway. Mewtwo is definitely one of them as he has feats, abilties, etc. from all canons. So they are usuable.

Mewtwo stomps hard. Sasuke barely survived a small planet level explosion and he had protection from his susasonoo. Mewtwo has more power then said small planet busting attack with his bomb. His bomb reaches sub rel speeds which is more then enough to blitz sasuke and one shot him. Over all mewtwo takes it due to a much advantage on every category.

I agree Mewtwo wins but speed is equalized so Mewtwo isnt blitzing.

Pokemon profiles are composite. And here we consider the 4 move limit to be game mechanics.

The depiction of disable in the anime has changed over time. In the first season it had nothing to do with blocking moves at all, it froze the opponent in place. More recent depictions showed it working like in the games (link 16:00). Using composite is fine but problematic when there are contradictions.
