This matchup is more even than I thought. Micheal AP is around 22 Kilojoules, while Mewtwo massively upscales from 15 Kilojoules, so pretty even in terms of AP.
In terms of speed (their speed is unequalized) Micheal actually has the advantage (Micheal is Peak Human vs Mewtwo's Athletic Human) and Micheal has a Skill, intelligence and Stamina advantage. Mewtwo has the LS, Range and versatility advantage.
Personally, I think Mewtwo will win this more times out of ten. Mewtwo can easily throw Micheal around with both it's ranged and physical attacks (Since it easily made Snorlax flying, who's 650 Kilograms), and can boost its stats with Bulk Up, and heal with recover. Micheal does have Stealth Mastery, which is a decent wincon. But in this matchup, I doubt Mewtwo would give Micheal the chance to use it effectively.
