sorry if its been over and over, but this kinda caught my attention. its said that his speed is FTL, but his AP is only that of city block lvl. the thing is, imo, if someone faster than light were to crash into to earth with the durability of a city block, wouldn't his ap be much higher, just by using logic? like, im not asking for someone to actually make a calc out of this, but is there anything wrong with putting a "+" or a "higher" next to his tier/ AP?

Yes, there is. FTL KE isn't quantifiable. Ergo, it's not usable. It's certainly not worth a + (Which is for characters who are on the high end of their tier) or "higher".

Besides, pretty sure his speed was going to be revised.
