Battle is within a custom-made dimension that is both part of Mephisto's realm and the Twisting Nether, so both are at full strength. Mephisto increases himself to Sargeras' size. (his picture has a likely Earth-sized planet for scale.)

I am 10 percent sure that Mephisto is only MGL in his realm, while Sargeras can be MGL...well, anywhere.

to make this fair, it might be a good idea to have the setting be in Mephisto's realm.

We can do that. Although general rule-breaking like that is allowed for the sake of VS battles (like you can have it be daytime for a character who is stronger during the day, while also making it nighttime for an opponent who is better at night)
