Menma is 7-C for casually destroying a large part of the hidden leaf village, isnt this feat 7-B or atleast High 7-C at the minimum, we can talk about this character cause you know he doesnt effect scaling cause his a movie character and all.

Also, it kinda depends on how big the part he destroyed is you know. Saying its large is great and all, but a calc is what we go by. (if there is a calc for it.)

i mean the hidden leaf is calced at city level size, shouldnt then destroying 8/10 yield like High 7-C low 7-B results

Large part doesn't instantly mean 8/10... You need a calc if possible.

I think Menma casually fought Sage Mode Naruto with no issue. So shouldn't that make him at least 7-B, likely 7-A?
