I was going to include a Mario speed nerf thing here, and I was going to make a Goku Black joke because somebody said Hakai this thread, but none of you would ever listen to me anyway.
So, I was looking at some characters. And I noticed that instead of, say, a quote that explained some of their power or that was part of their personality or was just simply epic, I saw memes. Not actual image memes, but quotes that characters said that became memes. For example, Silver's quote is "It's no use!" and Vector's is "Find the computer room!". Why. Just why. Silver's quote should be something that actually explains his character or personality. For example, in Sonic Rivals 2 Silver says "I'm going to change the future with my own hands!". This perfectly explains Silver's goal in life, to save the future. "It's no use!" is just something he says in a terrible boss fight. Sure it's his most well known quote, but it says nothing about him. I know this sounds a little like a Calvin-esque rant (And if nobody gets that then I'm somehow the oldest person in vs debating at 15) but honestly, it is kinda a grudgeish thing to do to a character. Personally, I think that all meme quotes should be replaced. But hey, I'm not an admin. And all of you probably think I'm a Sonic fan compareable to that kid who made "Rant against the Sonic Fanbase". At the end of the day, my voice is one of millions, a dust speck on a dust speck drifting through space. At the end of the day, it's not my choice, and okay I need to stop before a make a rant on today's society and politics.
