Mei vs. Ryona: Battle of the Ice Calcs (Grace)

Ryona - 3 (Gargoyle, Arrogant, Bambu)

Mei - 4 (Dragon, Apies, Jacky, Wok)
 
Basically to sum up why Mei wins here, Ryona will allow herself to be frozen so Mei gets a free shot to put an icicle through her head
 
Basically to sum up why Ryona wins, she can Burst Attack out of being frozen, which indeed is a thing in SK, so she escapes that and AoE's Mei to death.
 
@Arrogant Mei can survive her AoE with her Ice Wall and Cryo-Freeze, and even if she breaks out Mei can use Blizzard to keep Ryona in a perpetual state of being frozen

Blizzard slows you to a near stop the second it activates, even if she's near the edge of the circle there's no guarantee she'll be able to escape it
 
@Xanx Ryona in character will legitimately allow herself to get frozen and get herself killed and she has no way past Mei's 8-A durability via freezing herself
