Megaman.EXE VS Archie Sonic

VS Super Sonic is used. Megaman.EXE is Low 2-C at full power. Who wins and why?

I'd say Megaman.EXE win, reason:
-Speed: Both are Massive FTL+, rendering Sonic's greatest strength null. MM also have experience fighting Navi who specialized in speed (quickman), and able to completely dodge machine gun attack from Bass.
-Power: Sonic's greatest power would be during the use of Chaos Emerald, make him invunerable for a time, However MM not only have 2 Beast Cross that can do the same, even if we say that after Beast Cross he cant transform to other from, he still have Hub form left which he should still be able to transform into because it's not a MM transformation, but rather MM itself is a wrap over the Hub form and Hub is the true essence of MM, so he should still be able to "shed" the MM form and become Hub. Even if he cant it's not like MM is unable to fight after tired out because of the Beast Out, as he's still able to fight, use Navicus and chip.
- Versitality: MM win completely on this category, given his massive amount of chip, PA and transformation, multiple of them with the power to freeze time for targeting, poison everyone but him, barrier, cloned himself and summon other.
So... i dont see how Sonic can win this.
