Presuming the standard requirements are met (that the Meg traditionally attacked by ramming), then this is fine.

The Megalodon most likely attacked how its modern distant relatives do, namely great whites, tigers, etcetera. They mostly attack with their teeth, but they do ram sometimes as well. The thresher is known for attacking with its tail as well, so this kind of physical slamming is far from unheard of.
