Mega Lopunny vs Deku

I mean, yes, the profile itself points out Cure Charm is Lopunny only. That's why I used Mega, regular likely stomped.

...ah

That does change things

In that case, Deku for aforementioned reasons (aforementioned well-roundedness and likely a type advantage when translated to Pokemon.)

Unless I forgot something, we assume the pokemon has any earlier "special" abilities in later evolutions.

The "only" is meant to emphasize only that pokemon can get it at that stage. Lopunny was at one time, after all, a Buneary, but a Buneary is, quite obviously, not or at least not yet a Lopunny. So we assume a Lopunny has both hers and the Buneary one, while Buneary only has it's own. And quite obviously, other pokemon don't have theirs.

Or something like that.

Lopunny also kinda dominates Deku reeeeeally hard here in cqc, due to its IQ Skills every one of its attacks will be the equivalent of four and it has multiple instinctive reaction passives

Practice Swinger - If the pokemon misses it gets boosted damage for the next attack

Counter Hitter - 12% chance of reflecting damage back at the opponent

Clutch Performer - Evasiveness gets amped if low on health

Critical Dodger - Passively dodges critical damage and puts space between the pokemon and the opponent

Extra Striker - 33% chance to strike twice with the same attack

Quick Dodger - 10% increased dodge speed

Quick Striker - Automatically attacks twice with its attacks

Why people keep using Pokémon, all these matches involve the same thing, a Pokémon having dozens of moves with each one perfectly combined to counter a determined opponent, it's as boring as it gets.>

I wish they wouldn't, his notable wins section is getting too big, and I feel like it's ruining the profile. We are supposed to be an indexing site. Yet, we add battles to the profiles despite the fact that we will never know what would really happen, or if it was truly fair, all while limiting the characters to a certain level of power, even when this is not the case in their series. This happens especially to Deku in all his battles (he should always have full access to One For All, as it is in his series).

But that's just my little rant.

Maybe put a temporary ban on MHA battles for the time being like we did with Bleach when it was all over the place due to the story rapidly changing
Or just ban adding matches as a whole.

Seriously this is the worst thing about matches on the site by miles

No, this is the dumbest Idea I have ever heard. It might not even effect matches at all for what we know, and earlier keys for characters can be used without issues.

Full Cowl 100% Deku shouldn't be used for the reasons I stated here. It's very likely that Deku will be able to use this state more efficiently in the near future, and with access to more Quirks, so banning that form for now is not a bad idea in my opinion.

Couldn't the next arc get a separate key anyway? So it might not even be worth it.
It depends, if his only future change is being able to use Full Cowl 100% better, do we really need to make a new key for that? The rest of his power would be practically the same.
