Anyway, 682 resists The Hero (SCP-682 was put into a short story where the entire Plot is a monster is meant to immediately and permanently kill SCP-682, 682 then proceeds to kill the monster, changing the plot and even the length of the story in the process).

Medaka trying to All-Fiction SCP-682 away won't work, SCP-682 has survived and regenerated from being erased and can attack and kill you while Nonexistent (SCP-682 can kill you even if he doesn't exist).

5-C Medaka could kick SCP-682 in the face, causing SCP-682 to turn into a bloody red mist. The red mist then regens back into SCP-682 who adapts to Medaka's level and kills her.

Plus, even if Medaka kills SCP-682, the universe would be erased (Medaka along with it).

Also, Medaka using Scar Dead here would be a major, major f*ck up for her.

SCP-682 would simultaneously adapt to everything it has ever been harmed by all at once.

And then use said adaptations to absolutely destroy Medaka.

Book Maker won't work either, SCP-682 was hit with a literal 'Nerf' Gun.

I.E the gun Nerfs the opponent, making them 'inferior' to whoever has the gun, a D-Class shot 682 with the gun and SCP-682 got bigger, stronger and faster from it.
