Mecha Frieza vs Valdurmon

Right after Frieza lands on earth, Valdurmon appears and before Trunks. Valdurmon then challenges Frieza to a fight to the death. Trunks fights King Cold and the Z-Fighters look on. Also comment on how you think this would've changed DBZ's story.

How long dose Valdurmon's Purifying light armor, wave thing last for? He can block all of Friezas attacks but if it only lasts for a few seconds a barrage of death beams could be a dangerous thing.

I don't know how it would have change the story except know a new character enters the fold and magically becomes useless like krillin, Piccolo, Tein and the others. Though it would be interesting to see how they react to him. Its also funny to imagin the z fighters and villains with their own Digimon
